•Achieve the sales budget in sea and air freight imports through strategies and networking.
•Generate and provide management information in terms of products volumes, revenue and growth through market statistics and internal data.
•Make recommendations to management on potential new trade leans, through market analysis.
•Ensure and maintain service levels for key customers as per agreed SOP’s.
•Monitor and control department expenses in relation to revenue generation and carry out activities to optimize productivity.
•Develop detailed annual business plan for the assigned products.
•Follow up on debtors outstanding with respective customers adhering to company credit policy.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent professional qualification.
•3-4 years’ experience in a similar capacity
•Clear communication on one to one basis and presentation skills
•Good command of English both written and verbal.
•Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
