  • Passed GC.E.0/L including Mathematics, English & Sinhala with a minimum C pass
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil would bean added advantage)
  • Basic IT skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending to inbound calls effectively and responding to emails
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with service related information/ solutions
