VAM Systems iscurrently looking for DataMigration Analyst for our UAEoperations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Qualifications – Required education, minimum work years’experience

·        ·        ·        Technical skills

Required: Essential skills in order to be successful in therole

•             Hands on data migration experience

•             Hands on experience in requirements gathering, documenting, userstories creation on migration and/or telecom domain

•             Understand business requirementsand translate it into high level technical requirements

•             Hands on experience on ETL tools(Informatica is a plus)

•             Experience on BSS/OSSimplementation projects (BSCS, Siebel CRM, Netcracker preferred)

•             Experience with Agile developmentmethodologies

•             Excellent interpersonal skills andability to professionally interact with a diverse project team and stakeholders

•             Excellent presentation,facilitation, written and verbal communications skills

•             Good analytical and strategicskills and focus

•             Proactive, can work individuallybut very good team player

•             Able to synthesize complicatedconcepts and to simplify the complex issues

•             E2E knowledge of BSS solutions

·        The key purpose of the role is to ensure DataCleansing & Migration process is defined, implemented, tested and executedas per the Data Cleansing & Migration defined strategy and timeline.

Role scope – Milestones, Responsibilities, Deliverables

Key deliverables:

D1 –        DataCleansing and Migration “product backlog” covering all relevant requirements

D2 –        DataMigration quality assurance review

D3 –        MigrationDownstream application requirements backlog

Milestones:

M1 –       DataCleansing and Migration from source to target systems as per project releases

M2 –       Data Migrationquality process implemented as per project releases

M3 –       MigrationStrategy implemented per project releases

Responsibilities:

·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        ·        Will be responsiblefor the customer coexistence as part of the migration workstream of theTransformation Program. Documenting customer coexistence strategy and plans,communicating the plans to the Transformation Program teams and managingexecution.
