VAMSystems is currently looking for Developer – Database  for ourBahrain operations with thefollowing skillsets & terms and conditions:

·Academic Qualification

· 

·Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science

· 

ProfessionalCertifications

·Certificationsrelated to Data & Analytics would be an added advantage

Experience

·7 – 10 Years ofExperience

·5+ years experience inPL/SQL development,performance tuning and

·database design and SQLserver DB architecture

·Very strong in writingadvance SQL queries(5+) years

·Do they have 3+ yearsof scripting (Shell/Bash)

·Strong experience withSQL Server DDL, DML, Views, Stored Procedure,

·and Functions usingT-SQL.(5+ yrs)

·Ability to detect andtrouble shoot SQL related CPU,memory,I/O,disk

·space and otherresource contention(5+ yrs)

·Experience introubleshooting and data base integrity

·issues,performanceissues,blocking & deadlocking.(5+ yrs)

·Exposure to otherdatabases like sybase,MongoDB and cloud technology (Azure)

·Knowledge ofSSIS/SSRS/ETL tools will be advantageous

· 

Responsibilities

·Candidates will beinvolved in PL/SQL development for high demand

·datawarehouses/OLAP/OLTP applications

·Performance tuning ofqueries, and production issue handling,data base

·design

·Develop SQL ServerT-SQL procedures/functions for batch processing as

·well as reports, inline with user requirements

·Support major incidentcalls for critical production issues and provide

·resolutions.

·The candidate will workwith DBA , IT infra on database migration, app

·teams on databasemigration, and upgrade tasks

·

Joining time frame: (15 – 30 days)

The selected candidates shall join VAMSystems – Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the Banks in Bahrain.
