Applications are open for all candidates to fill the Executive (Administration) Job Role at Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited
EXECUTIVE – ADMINISTRATION

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinate with travel agent and the traveler to provide the required services
  • Checking and follow-up on payments to travel agent liaising with Finance
  • Provide details for regional Travel procurement team as an when required
  • Checking for required approvals and aligned the process as per the travel policy
  • Arrange Travel insurance for travelers
  • Obtain quotes and negotiate on group travels
  • Handle all inbound lout bound travel marketing and professional services
  • Apart from Travel, candidate will be responsible for handling other procurement categories (professional services / advertising and promotional ect.)

Importantto your success in the role:

Degree, Diploma or professional qualification in administration, commærce or management sphere (travel,hospitality management fields would advantageous)

Technical Skills

  • Strong relationship management skills along with negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages

Experience in travel management or hospitality industry will be helpful.
