• Understanding the gaps in OTA revenue and working on levers of improvement.
• Working along with the operations, digital team and management to resolve root problems and improve conversion metrics at the hotel.
• Work along with the team to improve OTA performance – listing, pricing, content, reviews and campaigns.
• Design processes and solutions to improve overall OTA revenue.
• Use Data Science and solid first principles to understand the root cause.
Skills & Experience:
• Knowledge of OTA and e-Commerce
• Experience in handling a portfolio of hotels and understanding the root cause of low OTA revenue at the hotel(s)
• Knowledge of Review Score, Conversion Metrics and Pricing
• Excellent Communication skills – Fluency in both verbal and written English
• Data orientation: A sound understanding of numbers and data and should be able to identify trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues.
• Demonstrates high ethical values & ability to work under tight deadlines and handle the pressure.
