• Absorb the customer onboarding process and be ready to start contacting new prospects
• Review customer inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions and determine appropriate solutions and /or responses
• Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips to connect with new prospects
• Proactively calling prospects in target markets on a daily basis
• Answering sales emails and qualifying new leads over the phone
• A minimum of 3 passes at G. C. E. A/L.
• Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
• Excellent negotiation skills and be persistent
• Excellent command in English and Sinhala/ Tamil languages
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills both verbal and written
• Computer literacy and good administrative skills
• Ability to maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
