– Organises team meetings and may take minutes
– Organises internal meetings, liaises with attendees and organises room andvenue bookings
– Supports the team with expenses and ad-hoc administrative assistance
– Acts as a first point of contact for team queries with an administrativefocus
– Arranges business travel.

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
– Advanced skills in multiple business software applications
– Previous administrative work experience
– Clear and well articulated written and spoken English.
