A suitable person to manage the front desk, including redirecting phone calls and greeting people who visit the business on a daily basis. The role would include offering administrative support across the organisation.
• A pleasant, confident personality to interact with varied stakeholders of the business
• Excellent level of verbal communication skills (Sinhala & English)
• Computer literacy – ability to work with Ms Word, Excel & Power point
• Well organized work habits with capability to be involved in office work, coordinate & multi task, would be a definite advantage.
