  • The Job:

    Achieve the service standards of the Life – Bancassurance whilst carrying out duties assigned by the management.


    Principle Accountabilities:

    • Provide leadership and motivation to DTA team to deliver world class service to the     customers/ Banks and Sales staff
    • Ensure Quality Underwriting Process
    • Ensure efficient follow up process to improve the service delivery
    • Achieve the Life financial targets & Expense Management
    • Enhance productivity through technological improvements


    The Person:


    • Fully / Part qualification in Professional insurance bodies (SLII / CII & etc.) will be a definite advantage.
    • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Management will be an added advantage
    • Good knowledge in life assurance and practice of life insurance
    • Minimum 05 years working experience including 02 – 03 years life insurance experience
    • Excellent range of communication skills including written, verbal and ability to deliver compelling presentations
    • Excellent time management , planning and organizing skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stake holders
